We at Danu take pride in our customer satisfaction. Therefore, we endeavor to provide only the best quality food to meet the tastes of our customers. To this end, in the rare situation where your order has not been delivered, we will issue you a full refund for your order. In the event your order has been incorrectly delivered or the order is incomplete, we will provide you a partial refund for the missing item. Please keep in mind that we photograph every order and drop-off to assure our items are handled with the utmost care and respect.
We do not provide refunds for the cancellation of any new orders as we begin processing and preparing your meal immediately upon receipt of your order. We prepare every meal ordered based on your specifications, therefore, the meal cannot simply be resold should you cancel at the last moment and would go to waste. Therefore, once your order has been confirmed and prepared, we cannot offer a refund if you change your mind, are unable to pick it up, or otherwise, wish to cancel your order.
For advance orders (24hrs or more), you may cancel your order by 12 pm on the day before scheduled delivery and receive credit, minus the deposit. You may however apply the deposit to another order in the next 14 days. If the subsequent order is also canceled within the 24-hour period, that deposit will be forfeit. In order to maintain the quality of your meal, all your orders are produced on the spot with only the freshest produce that we purchase on the day of your delivery. Hence, please provide us with the due notice should you wish to cancel so that these fresh ingredients need not go to waste.
All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original method of payment. Cash payments cannot receive credit/debit or gift card refunds. Credit/debit or gift card payments cannot receive cash refunds. For credit/debit card refunds, the availability of funds will depend on your banking institution and may take up to 3-5 business days to fully process.
For retail Items:
You may return any purchased items, unworn, damaged, or opened for up to 14 days with the receipt specifying the correct item.
Packaged or prepurchased food/drink kits, plans, or special offerings:
Please notify Danu immediately if an item is missing or damaged. We will do our best to rectify and replace the item if necessary. Please be advised that all orders are photographed prior to leaving. No refunds are given after the order is fully processed, delivered, opened, or partially eaten.
